Description: 
Who do we need? 
This role requires the ability to manage accounts and account teams, as well as planning, creative, and strategic thinking skills. Together with having great writing and communication skills, you will be a capable leader that can effectively convert customer needs into project plans. Additionally, you will work with a range of clients to create and carry out engagement projects. 
Ideally, you should have a background in corporate/financial PR and experience in agencies, consultancy, or a similar field. You must be skilled at leveraging prior industry experience to offer clients guidance and expertise, which should be supported by your industry-specific client servicing abilities and media interactions with influential journalists in both local and regional media. 
What will you be doing?
 Client relations: 
• Assume accountability for the daily supervision and management of your accounts, making sure that deliverables are fulfilled on schedule and within your allocated budget.
 • Play a major role in helping the clients during activations and events. 
Content development:
 • Provide a variety of both internal and external content. 
• Support the establishment and fulfilment of campaign evaluation and measurement standards. 
New business:
 • Encourage natural expansion and project buy-in from current customers Making sure clients are aware of our options and making service pitches to them whenever feasible are essential to this.
 Industry and market knowledge: 
• Strive to build a solid awareness of the latest advancements and trends impacting the clients' sectors and markets, while maintaining a solid grasp of the customers' business. 
• Understand the function of social media platforms in public relations and know how to use each one to your client's advantage. 
• Provide the team advice on social media activations and content while demonstrating your expertise of the clients' digital activities.
 Account team management: 
• Provide direction and suggestions to the account teams so they can develop and implement client work. 
• Help clients with financial management, including activity reports and supplier coordination. 
What do you need to apply for this role?
 • Over five years of expertise.
 • Prior experience with well-known financial and business clientele. 
• Experience working with a well-known PR firm. 
• A broad range of writing styles, including news releases, case studies, speeches, op-eds, features, memos, and talking points.
 • Proficient in client service and media relations and Well-rounded communication abilities. 
• Prior team and colleague management experience.
 • Experience working with measurement and evaluation-driven clients and accounts. 
• Professionalism, poise, and strong presentation abilities
